Stock Radar mobile privacy policy

Operator and contact
Stock Radar is operated under the name AMIA Tehnologie. Contact info@stock-radar.org for privacy, support, access to your data or account deletion. This policy covers the native Stock Radar iOS and Android app; the website has a separate policy.
Account and subscription data
Registration sends your email address, international phone number, password and optional display name to our server. We store the email, phone, name, a password hash, account ID, random Store account identifier, creation/login dates and session records. If you subscribe, we process Store transaction identifiers or purchase-token hashes, product, subscription state, verification dates and expiry to verify access and prevent receipt reuse. Apple or Google handles payment details; we do not receive your card or bank details.
Device data and security
Your language, watchlist and cached signals are stored on your device. The session credential uses the device's secure storage. Network requests expose an IP address, request information and user agent to our hosting service. Authentication protection uses a hashed combination of network address and attempted identity with a ten-minute counting window. We use this information for security and operating the service. The native app has no advertising or cross-app tracking SDK and does not use your location, address book, microphone or photos for its features.
Optional signal notifications
If you enable notifications, we store your device push token, account reference, platform, language, subscription date and session reference on Render. Apple APNs or Google Firebase Cloud Messaging receives the device token and a signal identifier, symbol, direction and expiry to deliver alerts. We record provider acceptance or failure, not proof that you read an alert. This is service delivery, not advertising tracking. Disable notifications in Account or phone settings. Disabling them in Account removes the server device registration and its delivery records; deleting your account also removes registered push devices and their delivery records.
Use, processors and international processing
We process account and subscription data to provide the service you request, and security data for our legitimate interest in preventing abuse. Where applicable, records may also be processed to meet legal obligations. Render hosts the backend. Apple and Google process Store payments and subscription verification. Twelve Data supplies market data: server requests send market symbols, not your email, phone or Store account identifier. Support messages are processed through our support mailbox. These providers may process data outside your country; contact us for details of processors and applicable transfer safeguards. We do not sell personal information or use it for advertising tracking.
Retention and deletion
Account data is kept while your account exists. Session credentials expire after 30 days; expired authentication counting buckets are removed on subsequent authentication requests. Account deletion removes your account profile, password, sessions and local subscription records, and the app clears its stored watchlist and session. Pseudonymous Store receipt ownership identifiers and their account-number reference remain to prevent transferring or reusing receipts; these are not anonymous data. Hosting/security logs and support correspondence remain only as needed for operations, abuse investigation or applicable legal obligations. Backups, if maintained by the hosting service, follow its retention cycle.
Your choices and rights
You can delete your account in Account > Delete mobile account, or request deletion from your registered email at info@stock-radar.org if you cannot sign in. We verify ownership before acting. Deleting an account does not cancel a Store subscription: cancel it separately in Apple or Google subscription settings. Where applicable, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and complain to your data protection authority. We do not make legal or similarly significant decisions about you based on trading signals.
