Stock Radar mobile terms

Service and account
AMIA Tehnologie provides Stock Radar market analysis and recorded signal outcomes. Use a valid email and your own international phone number; one active account may use each email or phone. Keep your password private. App accounts and website accounts are separate. Contact info@stock-radar.org for support.
Basic subscription
When paid access is offered, Basic is one monthly plan advertised at EUR 9.99. The price, currency, taxes and offer shown by Apple App Store or Google Play before confirmation govern your purchase. A seven-day trial is available only if your Store account is eligible and the Store offers it. The subscription renews automatically until cancelled in Store settings; Store terms govern charging, cancellation deadlines and refunds. Access depends on a verified Store subscription. Restore purchases from Account. A free development/beta period does not itself create a paid subscription.
Analysis and data
Signals, confidence scores, targets and historical results are analytical estimates, not personalized investment advice, an order execution service or a guarantee of profit or future accuracy. Losses are possible. Check timestamps, missing data and sample sizes; past results do not predict future results. Market data is supplied by Twelve Data and may be delayed or temporarily unavailable. Do not redistribute raw provider data or bulk exports without the necessary provider permission.
Cancellation, deletion and applicable terms
Cancel subscriptions in your Store account. Deleting Stock Radar or its account does not cancel Store billing. The app lets you delete your mobile account after password confirmation; our privacy policy explains retained receipt ownership records. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. For iOS downloads, Apple's standard licensed application terms apply unless Apple shows a different applicable agreement. Contact support for service problems or a record of your account data.
